MonthlyGroup Coaching is designed for leaders who learn best in community - people who want honest conversation, shared wisdom, and accountability from peers who understand the stakes. Over three months, we bring a small cohort together to practice new habits, unpack real challenges, and celebrate wins side by side.
Each month includes an in‑person session as part of an eight‑week arc of learning and application. In those sessions, we blend short teaching segments with live coaching and small group work, so you walk away with both insight and specific moves to try before we meet again.
Outside of those gatherings, you'll stay connected through a private Facebook group where participants ask questions, share updates, and support each other when leadership feels heavy. Many leaders tell us this community becomes a long‑term network they lean on well beyond the program.
To keep you moving, we intentionally build in flexible feedback cycles. You'll get structured check‑ins that help you notice what's working, where you're stuck, and what needs to shift, instead of waiting until issues boil over.
Accountability partners are another key feature. We pair you with someone in the cohort so you have a consistent person to text before giving big feedback, rehearse conversations with, or celebrate a hard boundary you finally held. Downloadable resources - worksheets, reflection tools, and planning templates - support the work you do between sessions.
Participants also receive 20% off workshops during the program, making it easier to layer in additional skill-building around topics like feedback, time management, or equity-centered leadership.
