Liberating Leaders in Illinois is a Black owned, female owned consulting and coaching firm supporting intentional, equity centered leadership. Founded in 2017 by Kelli Hobson, M.Ed, we partner with nonprofits, schools, and values aligned businesses to connect efficient operations with human centered practices. Our work keeps leaders grounded in purpose while building systems that actually support people.
